Our board members come from various stages of life with different backgrounds and have different strengths. We have members who are educators, business owners, parents, grandparents, visionaries, and leaders. Above all, our board members are passionate about people and families.
KARYN LEONARD - PRESIDENT
Karyn has a Master’s Degree in reading and math with a special education endorsement. She has a love for children and teaching and empathy toward families in all situations.
TRUDY WILL - VICE PRESIDENT
Trudy is a IPara-Professional for Eureka Schools and an Arts & Crafts facilitator for Cam-Plex Multi Events for the Gillette, WY School District. She has excellent organizational skills and Foundation Experience.
LESLIE GRAVES - BOARD MEMBER
Leslie is a successful business owner in Eureka, a visionary with leadership qualities and a community liaison. Leslie was the original vision behind the EECDO.
SARA REYNOLDS - TREASURER
Sara has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a Credit Analyst at First Interstate Bank. Her strengths lie in budgeting, financial planning, and fundraising.
Mandy Erickson - Secretary
Mandy (M.S., CCC-SLP) is the Speech-Language Pathologist Clinic Director for Healthy Beginnings in Eureka.
Mandy strives to provide neurodiversity-affirming practices utilizing child-led therapy that is engaging and rewarding.
In her free time Mandy enjoys anything outdoors: hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, running and fishing!
