Intro to Movement

This program first sponsored by Lincoln Electric and Interbel has been offered to ALL licensed daycares in Eureka. We have now obtained outside funding for this program and are continuing to seek additional funding sources to keep this going.

In 2024 the programs offered were:

• Dance with Marlane Cook (Eureka Community Ballet)

• Yoga with Val Butts

• Karate with Seth Foster (Shorin Ryu Karate)

We are hoping to keep our 2024 partners and gain some more in 2025!

Why did we do this?

Our community is filled with amazing programs for kids and most of those opportunities are mid day Monday through Friday when our working families with kids in daycare don’t have the option to attend. So, we brought them to the kids!
